May 18, 2011 — Pfizer and its Greenstone subsidiary are working with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI), and other law enforcement officials to recover several different Greenstone products that were stolen on May 14, 2011 while being delivered from Pfizer’s Memphis facility to a customer in the Northeast.The products stolen are listed below. Greenstone Announces Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Citalopram and Finasteride Due to Possible Mislabeling

PEAPACK, N.J., March 26, 2011 — Greenstone LLC announced today that it is voluntarily conducting a recall, to the patient level, of medicines with lot number FI0510058-A on the label. This includes Citalopram 10mg Tablets (100-count bottle) and Finasteride 5mg Tablets (90-count bottle), both distributed in the U.S. market. The recall is due to the possibility that incorrect labels have been placed on the bottles by a third-party manufacturer. PEAPACK, N.J., September 8, 2010 — Generic pharmaceutical medicine distributor Greenstone LLC, a subsidiary of Pfizer Inc.'s in U.S. that sells generic versions of Pfizer's as well as certain other generic pharmaceutical products, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Eisai, Inc. to sell donepezil HCl tablets as the Authorized Generic of Aricept^®. An authorized generic is a product manufactured under the brand product's new drug application, or NDA, and marketed as a generic.
